Costs

To ensure that we can devote the necessary time to your case, we work exclusively on a fee basis (hourly or flat-rate agreements).

The hourly rate depends on the complexity of the case, the importance of the matter and the necessary language skills.

The calculation of a lump sum is based on the respective hourly rate and an estimate of the expected effort.

For a one-hour initial consultation, consumers are charged € 190.00 net plus statutory VAT. In the course of this initial consultation you will receive information and advice on the further course of action and the expected costs.

If you have legal expenses insurance / D&O, we will gladly try to obtain legal expenses cover for you.

In special cases, we will also consider accepting mandates pro bono.
